I'm cleric who has aligned with Eluned, yet when I press Eluned's altar to pilgrim's badge I get the following message:

Though you feel a burst of holy energy course through you, the keepers of the shrine do not appear to have aligned it with the pilgrim's association<<

The places I've listed on the badge are the following.

>>The Crossing's Clerics' Guild Chapel, devoted to Hodierna and Kertigen.
The shrine of Tamsine's Rest.
The shrine to Ushnish in the Crossing.
Kertigen's Temple, Ratha.<<

I've also added Faenella's temple to the badge since this attempt. What can't I get the altar of the one god that I aligned with on badge? Is this a bug? My spirit keeps showing as pure.

That message indicates that that shrine is not one of the ones that is coded to work with prayer badges. It's literally IC code for "the GM who created the shrine didn't code it to be functional with the pilgrimage code." The full list of which shrines are functional with prayer badges can be found at the following link. I think it's mostly up to date.
