Would it be possible to give Harm Horde a look? I can hit 4 mobs twice for a total of 8 hits and still only advance one mind state, where as sometimes I can get 2 mind states with one cast of Fists of Faenella. Conversely I can get 3 mind states off stunning 3 mobs with Phelim's Sanction. I think considering the undead restriction Harm Horde could stand to have its learning increased.
Harm Horde is the best TM spell in game, now keep in mind that TM experience gained is based off of damage done. I can lock my TM with Harm Horde in less than 10 casts. Now keep in mind that i'm hunting things teach for several hundred ranks so it also depends on what your casting on and what they teach to since many lower end creatures don't teach for more than a hundred ranks or so.
