if this has been addressed or someone has already said something im sorry. i dont read the boards regularily.
say that out loud to yourself. it doesnt sound right. spiritist. would spiritualist be better? or does that change the meaning?
just posting my thoughts.

Spiritist is the person that does the communicating between the living and the dead. Spiritualist would be the believer who holds the belief that that can actually happen. So, a Spiritist would be a Spiritualist, but a Spiritualist is not necessarlly a Spiritist. At least that's what I have picked up on the terms. However, I have noted a rather large spectrum of variation in term usage in this area.
