200 in an instrument will get you Psalmist. I assume Hymnist is 100.

I have a non-Bard working instruments and I'm at 90 strings and able to do a wedding march fine. I assume I can manage at 100, so Hymnist makes sense there.

Oh, I'm sure there are. That said, I have to imagine that the instrument requirement would be the sticking point for most clerics, not the other factors.
