Currently hunting Sinuous Ice Adder and they are starting to slow a bit, though I still have more time with them. My issue is training TM, really need someplace with better spawn rates so I'm looking for suggestions. I tried hunting Icy blue Ghast's but I'm thinking I really need to max out my defenses with the Adders first, the Ghast's are just nasty and kill me fairly quickly with their spirit attacks.

Sounds like you're trying to stick with evil/undead things. If that's the case then I would suggest adan'f warriors and mages and/or forest geni until you're in a comfortable range for ghasts. Or if you prefer isolation, could try dobek morunyns out on Ratha. I do encourage hunting them with PFE up as it'll block their poison attack.
