Greetings, folks!

I wanted to stop by quickly to say hello and announce my return to Elanthia. It's been more years than I can remember that I've been away from my old stomping grounds, but as I was on a long road trip this past weekend, I remembered how much I enjoyed the game and decided to have a go at making a comeback. I see a lot of familiar names and even more unfamiliar. For those of you don't know me, I go by the name Faethe. Back in the late 90's and early 2000's, I was the community manager for the Crossroads of Elanthia (run by Warcry News Network), and also played an empath named Wynder.

Logging in was an experience in and off itself as there were so many status update messages I hardly knew where to start -- it's amazing how much I need to learn to get caught up again!! Having had my spells completely reset, I chose a few that I knew I could absolutely use and saved my other spell slots for when I'm better educated about the changes to the magic system and our spells. I don't want to squander these spell slots, so, I come to the forums with my balaclava in hand seeing if there is anyone who is in need of a "holy squire." If you're willing to teach and advise me, I am willing to learn and fetch your holy water. :)

That's a name I haven't seen in awhile. I think a year or two ago someone was looking for you for some information about some cleric dark god ritual. Anyway, welcome back.
