I've been away a while, been back for a bit and figured magic out again sort of...but im still having trouble rezzing. I can do it if the body is patient and i'm in a room with strong holy magic. I realize its not suppose to be easy, but my problem is that when I happen upon a body it's been down for a while already, I rejuv it to silver, then infuse rezz 5 and harness 5 as thats my limit(discern rezz tells me I can infuse up to 8 but that is not the case, when i try to infuse more i can't do it. By the time I can see the persons soul i have to rejuv him again and when I've rejuved him again to silver and bonded spirit, i can no longer see their soul, and I'm out of mana...15 minutes has passed and this poor guy is like, ok can you just rejuv my mems and I'll depart lol.

Am I doing this right, just gotta keep practising? What skill is utilized the most when using this spell that I need to work on so i can infuse more than 5 at a time? Any feats that help? I have the channeling and harnessing feats.

Another thing that happens is i've been working on a guy for 10 minutes and then a big cleric walks in and 20 seconds and the guys alive lol. I'm not bitching, I just wanna know roughly what kind of skill levels do i need to be at before i can do this a little quicker?

Tenike has a pretty great cleric journal that walks you through resurection. (and entries outlining rituals/devotion/theurgy/magic training)

That's a good guide overall. Specifically, the problems you're having:

Don't infuse more than you cast the spell at. "prep rezz" will prepare it at the default of 5, therefore you can't infuse more than 5. Prep it at 8 to infuse 8.

Infuse a tiny amount periodically while rejuving. I have macros set up so I only have to push one button and rezz gets infused. Keeps it going, keeps you from losing the spirit.

also...if you have POM(persistence of mana) always have that up...will greatly increase your available mana. Cambrinth will help as well to keep the res going sine its cyclic. Add an extra rejuv or two once the body is silver to give yourself some time to find(refind) the spirit. SB you can min prep snap cast and do that last so you can macro it and gesture so its bang bang and you don't have to worry about losing the spirit or mems.

I have a cleric that I've been working on, and I had assumed you needed the soul bonded to see the spirit. Maybe its always been timing in the past, but I thought I've only seen the spirit when its bonded. Is it possible to see the spirit without it? That'd greatly help increase my rezz time, which is far worse than 10-15 minutes.

It's possible to see the spirit whether or not it's been bonded.
