This and several other spells are under development. The order they are released/complete I can not specify.

I was asking because I thought I saw that it was in QC on the goals page before HORN came out. I could be mistaken though

Tier/prereqs maybe? Pretty please?

Obviously this doesn't apply to a spell called Flames of Ushnish, but I'd love to see some TM spells outside of the fire/impact damage types. HORN was a nice step in this direction. Although that'd be a good niche for spiritual combat...

The only current Cleric spell that is fire primary is AE. Impact features heavily in the TM spells, but still only about 50% of them.
