No.

Cantrips, as per MM and WM, cost nothing to the player. Litterally, nothing. They could sit IG and cast them, doing nothing but 'prep cantrip, cast' all day, every day, and see neither benefit nor detriment.

Communes require components, are quested, and detriment the players devotion.

They, clearly, are nothing similar.

At least I hope to the gods they aren't, or we're in for another round of 'kill the clerics' as far as mechanics go.

Since we still have yet to get over the last round (no tm vs. living ever!!!!) I do not relish this round.

We've asked. Many times. Some people have even suggested a few, though I don't remember any of them. More people have suggested turning GG into one.

That's interesting, and sort of nice to know. I can imagine a number of things which could/would/should use an alignment system.
