I don't think so, since there's not really a "target" standing there. You sort of attack the entire room, and the attack gives special messaging similar to how task searching gives special messaging.

Would make for a nice addition to manipulate, either as an extension to friendship or as a new ability (either way you'd be vomited back up instead of cutting your way through.)
