Can I use my warrior in undead? Do I have to bless the warrior? I brought out my warrior in moss meys and she just stood there although the meys did attack her.

As long as they are corporeal, you don't need bless. If they are incorporeal, you can bless a sword and have the GS take it.
Moss meys are not corporeal. You would need a blessed weapon for your GS to hit them.
Never attribute to malice that which is adequately explained by stupidity.
