It don't really seem right that with 291 ranks of transference, that when you DO rank in it, I only get 1 tdp. Considering this is a major skill for us that we need in order to circle, you would think that we would get more than 1 lousy tdp from every rank of transference. Ranks over 100 get 2 tdps, over 3 get 3 tdps....wouldn't you think?

At that rank I think your getting 1.5 per rank.

At over 400 in my primary skills I get 2.5
