Um, depends on a couple of things. If you have Innocence and which way you go with armor.

I dance with crocs on a regular basis with around sixties in armor/parry/evasion ... however that armor is heavy plate and I have Innocence.

If you're purely dependant on evasion/parry, and can't shoo 'em off with Innocence, I'd say at least up toward a hundred. I'd get badly smacked around by 'em before I got Innocence and killed once. (Ok, so I wasn't paying anywhere near enough attention to that third wandering in and was messing with a blood worm at the time.)

Crocs are generally rated around a hundred or so, maybe a little higher, but as we all know, its different as an empath.

Or just do like I do and run away real fast before they can advance on you. Having Innocence helps a lot, but isn't really necessary as long as you don't stop to tend in a room that a croc is in. The only times I've actually used Innocence have been when I was up there and just wanted to have fun letting them come at me and then laughing when they wandered off. I've gone around with Wyz before, it's a great way to learn and it's about the only thing outside of an invasion that has even a chance at getting my trans beyond concentrating. Having someone else there relieves the tedium, and power walking works well up there too.

I don't have Innocence but I do have Sphere of Protection and some relatively lightly hindering heavy plate. I suppose I could try dancing with them and see what happens.
