Hypnotize can now be used (again) by Empaths without inducing shock, even though it's an offensive spell. Much like the Paladin stuff, this is irrelevent to 99% of the spell's users, but is serving as a test bed for some new functionality in the system.

Empaths, if you notice anything weird vis a vis the magic system and shock this afternoon, please inform me immediately via REPORT; I will be monitoring all afternoon and evening.

Like the rest of the updates, this is live only on Prime and Platinum.
