I have fixed the concentration cost on Manipulate Friendship to be, well.. more friendly.

Empaths should find that this ability is once more actually usable, even at level.

The concentration cost of a creature is based upon its level and how well your Empathy stands up to its resistance (although there is a limit to how much Empathy helps, the amount is considerable).
