Any chance of a cantrip or item in the empath shop that hides wounds?
I'd also like a cantrip or ability or something to change the messaging that's displayed when you take large wounds. Make it discipline based, and prevent screaming out in pain or falling over if you if you pass a check.

Casting tranquility helps with the pain messages a bit, but if you lose a leg you'll still fall down due to the engine.
