ok we did a little testing at the Expense of a favor.... (not sure where to post this)
With the speed and temerity of a swooping falcon, a peccary lowers its head, tilts it to one side, and slashes its curved tusks at Devoar. Devoar attempts to dodge, avoiding only some of the blow. The tusk lands a solid hit that lightly pierces the left forearm, barely stunning him!
A peccary closes to pole weapon range on Devoar.

He is bleeding with widespread discoloration in the abdomen, moderately from the abdomen, with slight bruising in the left arm, slightly from the left arm, with discoloration in the chest and lightly from the chest.
when exactly was he supposed to enter into the dying state?
