Wasn't sure where to put this, but am having some problems with hisan salve. It seems I can not rub it to apply, only can eat the salve, only to have it not work at all. What if anything has changed with this herb? Sorry if this has been addressed else where, but have been gone for a bit.

Well there were changes in herb-alchemy and how applying it in certain ways invokes potency strength (rubbing or drinking etc). But that was about a year ago and if you have been gone for that long or more, then you probably have what I term old but broken herbs. You might have to dump your "old" herbs and salves and buy it anew (or forage).
Otherwise, the herbs and salves of today work just fine.
