I've got an idea for an enhancement to the Perseverence of Peri'el spell that I wanted to throw out there. It would be neat if we could "refill" some of the vitality reserve by "paying back" some of the vitality loss from which it has already saved us. Basically I'm looking for a way to make it last longer without making it unreasonably overpowered and without having to flat-out recast it. If I could, say, sacrifice 10% of my vitality in order to allow it to block another 10% later, it would give me some flexibility in how I'm using it. I could either just leave it alone and let it ablate as normal to stay at 100% vitality, or I could spend some vitality along the way in custom-sized chunks to make it last longer and take better advantage of that ritual duration. In the end, the total vitality loss that it's preventing is the same, it would just be distributed differently.
Hopefully that made as much sense as it does in my mind...
Thanks,
