But for real...has anyone actually seen/found/heard tell of one lately? I've been obsessively checking the scroll selection here (http://drservice.info/Plaza/) and have yet to see one.

I've found 4 copies in TF, but it seems to be on the rarer side. Plus it's a new spell.

Not a new spell, just a re-written one. Before it was only useful for FP/CD now it adds HEAL to the mix, which is why everyone NOW is looking for it.
