Limitations: Doesn't work against undead.
Description: Awaken your target to their latent empathic talents.
Effect:

1. Complete failure when cast on another empath or yourself. Empaths have active talents, they don't need a weaker latent talent.
2. Complete failure when cast on an undead. There is no talent to awaken.
3. Cast on a living target and you attempt to debilitate them with minor empathic abilities. They can touch to see wounds (no transfer), and any offensive actions will trigger shock. Stuns. Potential self-injury (vitality, nerves). Collapse in pain. Gradual sensitivity is built up, so the spell needs to be recast.
