It seems that Necro's and Seer's Sense might not play nice together. Necro's appear to be not trained in magic at all rather than looking like an Arcane or other mana user. The Necro here is forsaken but still has low enough DR to appear as a lunar user. He has no spells up (i.e. RoC, RoG or Obf)

Full of life, and ready to meet Fate is he, standing to face his future.
You sense that <necro> is free of combat at this time.
You sense that <necro> is not trained in the ways of magic.

You perceive Lunar magic clinging to <necro>

For comparison, on a Trader:

You sense that <trader> is free of combat at this time.
You sense that <trader> is not trained in the ways of magic.

You sense that <trader> is not trained in the ways of magic.

And a cleric:

You sense that <cleric> is free of combat at this time.
You perceive a faint trace of Holy magic clinging to <cleric>.

$5 says it was never updated for the release of the Necromancer guild. That's oooooold code and kind of buried in an unusual place.
