I was going along pretty good with my TM training. I was hunting bone wolves and I was able to train my TM up to 88. They pretty much stopped teaching. I've gone to Ratha and I'm hunting sand sprites. They aren't moveing my magic at all. I've tried straight casting do with a min prep. I've tried 2 min prep and then one 10 prep do. I can kill them with 3 min prep do's or I can one shot kill with a 10 prep do. Someone suggested that I needed to hunt a tougher critter.
shield 98
light chain 91
heavy chain 84
evasion 86
TM 88
PM 177
PP 173
Harn 194
What does everyone suggest?

Me: It's not a game you win or lose. It's just fun to play.

Squeeze a spend a few days in sand sprites. Once your MO/Eva/Shield can handle it, hit silver leucro.

Just to defend the area I frequent, Therengia is no Crossing.
Vines will teach all defensives to about 140, but can easily be tackled with 70's. Marauders are a bit tougher.
Blood wolves are killable with 60's or 70's, but hit hard given their skill range.
But I'm curious about island life myself.

All kidding aside, I had a fellow Moon Mage take me to leuces and calmed them while I blasted them with burn. I also was able to train TM on swains as long as there were no more than 2.
I'm actually sitting on the Skirr right now. I'm heading up to Therengia right now.

If you fight smart, you can handle them out of sand sprites (90-100). They'll teach to about mid-130's with a good swarm. Don't bother trying to take a weapon past 110 though.
