This is becoming a serious problem. PM locks far before TM, so much that it makes my mind go bad and prevents TM learning. This happens on any formation of wall/post wall/whatever rank.

I usually use PD but have also tried CrS and DO to the same effect. I've tried reducing mana, increasing mana, prep time adjusts...everything.

Is there any solution to this problem?

I agree with the previous two posters. SLS and/or TKS are both great for catching up your TM while you wait for PM to pulse down.
