3.0 brought a fair number of small QoL changes for Moon Mages, so I'd like to highlight some of them that you may have missed amongst all the larger changes.:

Given sufficient skill you can now sense where a moon is below the horizon with Perc (Moon).

Predict Analyze now works on creatures (Though you have to use Tezirah's veil to get predictions on the sneak buggers).

Perceive Mana will combine sensing all the books of mana into one command (With equivalent RT and EXP to doing them one by one).

Perceive Teleologic Sorcery will give you a general feel for how much mana is available for Teleologic Sorcery and if your prophetic talents are currently bound by sorcery. This requires knowledge of at least on Teleologic spell (During the preview this means everyone can do it).

Recall Heavens will tell you what a heavenly body predicts and if you're trained in the Ways will list what shards you know.

Align Split will allow you to, with sufficient skill, split a prediction pool to allow multiple predictions on the same skill set.

Align Transmogrify will allow you to, with extreme levels of skill, migrate observations from one prediction pool to another.

Visions can now be aligned just like a tool (They in fact must be aligned).

You no longer need quest for the align ability.
