Two minor changes to the Telekinetic spells.

1) It should no longer message about phantom water in the room.
2) Weight restrictions have been reduced, to be nicer and account for the new maths of Magic 3. It still takes more mana to lift heavier objects, but you should at least be able to consistently toss a dagger at minimum prep.
