Focus Moonbeam can no longer be cast with an active moongate. Why you people do these things to me I'll never know...

Shift Moonbeam got some general clean up after its rehabilitation from a nasty bout with cyclicism. It's replaceable now, some messages changed slightly, you no longer need an active beam to cast it (It won't do you any good mind you...) and most important an egregious bug was fixed in the duration.

Theoretically you should no longer be able to shift both ends of a Moongate to occupy the same space anymore. The spell was written assuming you'd be in the same room as one end or the other which is no longer the case.
