So after some wrestling, I've figured out what's going on with the conversion for bones. Basically the fact that it converts twice (Since there were two prior versions of bones unlike the other tools) didn't end well.

As such any bones that convert will end up the same as store bought. It's not ideal, but it's really the only way I'm going to stay sane and I imagine there are only a few bones good enough to quality for a better conversion tier that haven't been converted yet.

Which brings us to the scrip shop. I've removed the prism and the tokka cards from it for now (Since they're not converted), and updated the stats on both sets of bones. Since you can't currently analyze a tool that's in a shop (which is on my to do list...) here they are for reference:

some discolored rat bones

The Krr-tich is balanced.
The Sek-rith is fairly well-balanced.
The symbols on the Moon Sphere are difficult to differentiate though the weighting of the bone is fair.
The lacquer smoothly and evenly coats the Sun Disk, which is slightly off-balance.
The bones are brand new.
They appear to have never seen use.
The overall craftsmanship is below average and the bones should prove slightly susceptible to damage.

a set of pale bones carved with runes

The Krr-tich is well-balanced.
The Sek-rith is very well-balanced.
The symbols on the Moon Sphere are easy to distinguish and the weighting of the bone is fair.
Only a few specs of black and white lacquer differentiate between the sides of the Sun Disk.
The bones are brand new.
They appear to have never seen use.
The overall craftsmanship is above average and the bones should prove slightly resistant to damage.

While the second set is still very powerful the new system doesn't support a tool being strongly black aligned, so instead it has a terrible Sun Disk - which will have much the same impact in the end.

If you purchased either of these bones previously, please assist and we'll either refund your scrip or replace them with a brand new set that isn't scrambled by the conversion process.

Which brings us to the next topic, the HE11 bones. These are a little more complex of a replacement issue. I can manually tweak the conversion to be more in line with what it should be, but it's not something just any GM is going to be able to do. As a result if you own "some delicate clockwork divination bones" and only those, please let me know (my play.net will work) and we can set up a time for me to meet with you and fix your tool. Don't bother assisting/reporting, you'll just end up being told you need to wait to set up a time with me and if I'm around and you email me I'll get a little DING right away, I promise.

The final note is this: After reviewing how tool bonding is coming along, I've increased the damage chance slightly once again.
