Divination Charts 3.0 are now live for Moon Mages. Many thanks to Abasha for the speedy QC!

For now I'm going to PAFO how to use them, but it shouldn't be too complex. As with bones and mirrors, old tools should automatically convert.

The major change to be aware of is the syntax change. Since 'study' has been standardized as a verb dump there's a new verb REVIEW that is now used to perform a prediction ie "review chart" or "review chart with Tezirah".

Included with this release was another round of minor tweaks to bones/mirrors/visions but these should be largely invisible or cosmetic.
