In all three cases, former requirements are now invalid.

1) Shadow Servant now requires Moongate.
2) Burn now requires Focus Moonbeam AND (Dazzle OR Dinazen Olkar).
3) Moonblade now requires Dazzle OR Dinazen Olkar.

I'm still trying to decide what, if anything, to do with the Psychic Projection book.
