Solidifies telekinetic force into a psychic hand to allow manipulation of items while the normal hands are full. The number of hands increases with spell potency. It satisfies the 'free hand' requirement for foraging, focusing runes, skinning, stowing items, etc... If it fades then it will try to give the item to your shadow servant or drops it otherwise. Anything it holds does not count towards your burden.

When brawling, it'll duplicate brawling moves such as slap, punch, or gouge at a significant bonus.
