In light of the recent gweth changes, would it be possible to add a CAST LOCAL option to thoughtcast? This would connect to the local gweth frequency, in lieu of the global.
I ask because I am one of the (admitted minority of) players that doesn't like or use the global gweth, but would still like to use the local gweth.
Since the not-quite global K gweths already have the capability of being tuned to different ranges, I would simply suggest having mana be the determinant. Small casts = smaller range and large casts = large range. Perhaps have it be tied to Integrity specifically, rather than potency.
