BTW both TF and SET still say they have a circle req of 25 via DISCERN. And Im really stoked that I can use these now... it was sort of a pain to have to wait so long to cast these again. Cmon Corruption!

Great, Thanks Raesh. I was doing Sorcery classes until I could hit the first Teleo spell. But it looks like I can cast em now!

Time to go permanently corrupt myself!

Weird, it looks like everything had synced up right - not sure why it was still staying 25th.

Anyhow, deployed them again and it's 10th now.
