So I been using SLS anytime it comes back out again. My question is sometimes I cast it and it works utility and attunement wonderfully other times it doesn't move them at all. I always prep at minimum prep and always cast on the spider. So far I have had it work great in teaching other times it doesn't teach anything. Just trying to find out if this is normal or if this is something buggy about it.

If you're learning utility from SLS thats definitely a bug. (since it isn't a utility spell) If you're casting at minimum it's probably not enough mana streams to keep your attunement moving well. At minimum prep my attunement skill stays at 1/34 but it works lunar magic and TM great.
Different SLS (Re:cyclic tweaks) thread but I'd really like to recast during the day as well. It breaks my heart when I'm running around with my sphere in daylight and walking into a bannered room, TGSE, bank or otherwise weird warding mechanic room murders my little friend until night falls again.
