I've seen it posted here before, could someone please refresh my memory - Doesn't Shadewatch require Thoughtcast and DG on top of being 40th and doing a quest for it?

See, I didn't think I needed Thoughtcast... saw that as a pre req on some Moon Mage sight. I think I'm going to end up with Thoughtcast anyhow because it's a handy spell with DG or SHM.
