Is there a grazhir shard at Fang Cove? If there is, where is it? I've looked all over the place and cannot find it.

It's in a building on the docks.

The Kasto mimic abruptly solidifies, looking very much like Kasto.

Vellano is in the dome on the south end of the dock.
