When it was announced that RtR would bypass the telescope check I was a little disappointed.

Then I cast it and forgot I had a bruise on my arm and was thankful.

Nice. I thought it was just the need a telescope requirement that it bypassed and not everything telescope related.

As in I was able to make an observation that would normally require a telescope but because of the bruise I would have been unable to do so. Standing to get healing would have ended the spell and started the 1 hour cooldown.

Is RTR turning out to be a popular spell or is it just being picked up by a few, i wonder.

I've picked it up and enjoy it for training astrology, working on my tool bonding (if only, bowls, if only...), and just enjoy the flavor of the spell in general.

I'm on the fence about picking it up because it's less useful for a teleologic user and the two slot cost that cannot be refunded in Throne City is a bit of a steep cost if I decide to stick with teleo. I think I'll very likely hold off on getting it until there's enough news about the teleologic rewrite that I can make an more informed decision of which way to go.
