Another quick question.

I noticed that I have the following title, available to me: Hoodlum. This is located under >TITLE PRE LIST CRIM... The IntraGooglez search of the title, shows me that you're suppose to have 5 outstanding warrants in order to have that Title.

SOoo my question, herein, is: If you get accussed; successfully, for practicing forbidden arts, do you have warrants for ALL cities from that point on, unless you hoof it all over and turn yourself in?
