You carefully position the corpse and make a cut across its length, opening up the viscera for your inspection. Using your knife as a probe, you trace the lines of the corpse, cutting into where vital fluids once flowed. You learn something both of the and the Great Work through the examination.

Taught FA and Than. Haven't tested on undead yet - does this mean when used on the undead it teaches Than best? Do all rituals still teach the same amount of xp, just divided amongst different skills?
I'm presently doing some testing on Dissection learning. I'm really, really pleased by this addition. It gives us a lot more hunting options, which is great.
Undead definitely teach more Thanatology at the cost of FA, but overall, the experience feels low -- however that isn't unique to Dissect. I can understand it not teaching quite as well as Preserve+Arise by virtue of not giving DO, but frankly I think rituals could use an uptweak in experience across the board, in particular the ones that cost us the value of the skin of what we're using the ritual on.
