Before you really realize what's going on, your hands are firmly bound behind you and you are marched off.
The guard looks confused for a moment, then suddenly lets you go without any explanation.
I wasn't wanted, but I was on the lower end of SO I think. Is this part of the changes rolled in?

I'd need more context to see if something went wrong. Looking at the logs your Necromancer has been jailed multiple times today for a variety of warrants.

Glad to see that Risen guards have already been snuck into the ranks and their subconscious programming properly kicks in.
Uzmam! The Chairman will NOT be pleased to know you're trying to build outside of approved zones. I'd hate for you to be charged the taxes needed to have this place re-zoned. Head for the manor if you're feeling creative.
