It is once again possible to recharge your Holy Weapon at the Eye of Chadatru. This shouldn't interfere with any favor-related functions.

Also, the timer for subsequent recharges has been reduced to one hour from three. This was something GM Godrich tweaked but never rolled out.

This is only in Prime for a few days. Let me know if anything breaks.
