In the case of Paladin v Graverobber... on 02/10/2010 08:36 PM CST

A minor change has been made to Paladin soul relating to First Strike that brings it more in line with the intended design.

Effective immediately (in Plat and Prime at least, with Fallen to follow) it will no longer cost a Paladin soul when they attack a graverobber. This works in much the same way as a Paladin attacking someone who they caught stealing, excepting that the graverobber need not have stolen something from the Paladin specifically.

The most important point that I need to clarify regarding this change is that it does NOT affect Consent rules in any way, shape, or form.

While the Immortals will now look the other way when you step in to deliver righteous justice to a cowardly, grave-digging thief, you will still have to deal with the GameMasters if you've chosen to attack another character without a clearly defined line of Consent.

And in the interest of remaining the stereotypical GM, I will also mention that this change directly relates to something else that Paladins will be getting "soon."
