I am sure this will be torn apart as a terrible idea by clerics and possibly paladins as well, but I like it.
The idea is a glyph that when traced brought up an orb or disc (similar to osrel meraud, possibly sharing a favor orb in order to create), that could be cast upon by a cleric to charge up and store the effect of rejuvenate. The use would be that if the paladin has had a cleric charge this disc, and said paladin comes across a deader and is unable to find a cleric, he can trace ward as well as releasing this ward onto the body, and it will encompass the memories with the ward, so when/if the deader returns and touches his ward his memories are restored to full.
This could be useful for paladins during war time in glyphing and aiding clerics with the masses of dead bodies who plan on departing, as well as the lone deader who has no cleric to aid him. It would not remove the spell from the cleric repertoire, but instead allow the paladin to utilize the spell through a cleric charging it.
It could be dependant upon soul level, charisma, and circle with how much rejuve could be stored, and of course the longer the person has been dead the less likely the ward would fully protect their memories, and the ward would be used in the process and a new one would need to be created.
Any one else think this would be cool, if only in theory, but maybe in actuality?

As Ryeka says, its an interesting concept. Personally, I'd LOVE to be able to just top off someone's mems then trace ward on em and walk away with a clean conscience rather than drag the corpse to a gathering point and hope a cleric shows up.
Have no idea on the feasibility of such an ability, but I like the concept.
