I think we have a lot of potential for glyphs, and I'd like to see them rewritten along the lines of how Ssra had suggested in his Simucon 2004 notes.

I see each glyph as having three functions: self, opponent and extrinsic. The extrinsic function is the utility effect that we currently have. The only glyph with expanded functionality is Glyph of Warding, which is a very useful effect

Glyph of Warding
Self: Cannot be targeted/aimed at
Opponent: Stop target/aim
Extrinsic: Wards deader

Glyph of Bonding
Self: Bonds Weapon a la BW
Opponent: Cannot drop item in hand/pick another up
Extrinsic: Bonds deader's weapon

Glyph of Light
Self: Perception boost
Opponent: Cannot hide
Extrinsic: Light source

Glyph of Mana
Self: Refills attunement
Opponent: Saps % of mana, cannot cast spells
Extrinsic: Increase Mana in room

Glyph of Ease
Self: Decrease Fatigue
Opponent: Increase burden
Extrinsic: Makes dragging deader easier

Glyph of Renewal
Self: Renews Soul Pool, boosts soul a level
Opponent: Causes random stuns and RT (not effective on another Paladin with good soul)
Extrinsic: Recharges Holy Weapon

I'd also like to see more glyphs to fill in the gaps from 25th to 50th circle. Any ideas?
