I'm trying to remember if it was the Beren/Darius antics or the council and 'the code' antics. I seem to remember Darius getting all mad during the black soul/item poof antics as well.

It seemed like it was a general crackdown. Folks used to spar in the front room and such. When it reopened it had the scroll in the front room with all the rules on it and you couldn't do some things you could before.
