Some issues which you may consider reviewing:

1. You can only use this ability at an extremely high soul state. I have not been that successful using the ability after I receive a first strike reduction in soul.

2. The soul it uses seems a bit high to me.

3. The "saving" aspect of the glyph only pops for one "thing". I recommend it last for a period of time as opposed to only lasting for one "effect". In short, the glyph is useless against anything that refreshes with a renewed disabler (shadow web and the ranger web spell).
