If memory serves you need a pay-tonium Foci to TM those fellas. Can't tell you for sure, I rather avoided the whole thing.

Yeah I was hoping since the spell uses the weapon to manifest it might work instead of a foci.

I very much appreciate the spirit of the argument, I just doubt we'd be allowed to circumvent the mechanic all the other guilds have to deal with.
