With the ability to hit undead with blessed strikes (assuming high enough soul), I think some brawling titles are in order. They'd of course all require high enough soulstate to where you'd actually have blessed brawling strikes.

Undead Turner
Pugilist for Truth, Justice, and the Way of Chadatru

One of those might not be feasibile.
