I had some free time at work and was thinking mostly about magic related titles so I thought up 10 1/2 .
Some seem pretty severe with requirements but I think they'd be really fun to obtain.
A little bit of something for everyone:

Invigorator

At least 30 in Primary magic
At least 20 in Harness
Must have Courage spell

Guiding Light

At least 40 in Highest Weapon
At least 50 in Highest Weapon
At least 100 in Magic Total w/ TM

Divine Incanter

At least 200 in Primary Magic
At least 200 in Harness Ability
Must have Divine Guidance Spell


Divine Scholar (based off of Holy scholar for clerics)

At least 280 in Harness Ability
At least 200 in Teaching
At least 200 in Scholarship



Holy Intercessor (to match regular Intercessor title)

At least 340 in Highest Weapon
At least 440 in Highest Armor
At least 1450 in Magic Total w/TM

Heavenly Fury/Divine Fury/Fist of the Heavens

At least 220 in Brawling
At least 200 in Harness
At least 34 Strength
At least 22 Charisma
Must have Righteous Wrath spell
Must have Heroic Strength Spell
(Additional Specific Soul-state Requrement)


Divine Blade

At least 340 in Highest Weapon
At least 300 in PM
At least 300 in Harness
At least 36 in Charisma
Must have Holy Weapon


Deliverance

At least 240 in Shield
At least 200 in Parry
At least 290 in Highest Armor
At least 230 in Highest Weapon
At least 180 in Second Highest Weapon
At least 1150 in Magic Total w/ TM
At least 30 in Charisma
(Additional Specific Soul-state Requrement)
Must be able to play "Dueling Banjos"


and for the females:

Angelic Grace (female only)

At least 260 in Shield
At least 240 in Parry
At least 200 in Primary Weapon
At least 200 in Primary Magic
At least 28 in Charisma


Seraph (female only, maybe a good Cleric title too, matches Lord Paragon)

At least 650 in Highest Armor
At least 40 in Charisma
At least 450 in 2nd Highest Armor
At least 500 in Shield Usage
At least 575 in Highest Weapon
At least 450 in 2nd Highest Weapon
At least 350 in 3rd Highest Lore
(Additional Specific Soul-state Requrement)


And of course

Rutilor's Edge

At least 1 in Highest Weapon
Must have Rutilor's Edge spell.
