Though I'm not a paladin this seemed the appropriate folder to say thanks to Maece for replacing my tack from the last jousting competition that went awry. So thanks! It was a one of a kind set and took a bit of work to track down. I appreciate it and it's good to see that everyone I know of's tack was replaced. (is know of's a word? I doubt it :))

Well not everyone,

I still are missing my winners ribbon from the pervious joust, But I have given up on that and jousting. Wodie ended up all, well strange after that jousting crash, buggie even, can he be replaced? <grin>. I been away for the at least a month, so I lay the blame at my own feet for not having it replaced, If you are there Maece, dont worry about replacing it me horse wont miss it.

Thanks
Wodie Beaearo.

Ps yes was great work by the person replacing things on the day, the joust in my opinion was a shambles, to me the actual joust was only a small part of why I participate, its the whole event I enjoy. Having an occasion to dress up and all that jazz.
With all the chaos I felt more like I was chasing my tail not participating but pressured though it. This might have something to do, with my timeline living in New Zealand,I had to make the time to get there and logged out the night before so I was ready, had a short window open to play. After the crash I started doing the real life stuff I had put off for a couple hours, when I came back to my PC about 30 minutes later(checking what was going to happen)the message was telling me the game was up that and I had to log back in if I wanted my stuff, I had real life issues to tend with and didnt intend to log back in at that time.

So my whole day went to custard, that will teach me for trying to multi task, should not have logged back in (maybe I should have taken the longer rout to prove I was there and get me tack back, thats something I think I enjoy less than the GMs)or maybe I should have not even tried to attend the joust to start with. Problem with me is once I start something I feel committed to it and felt it was my obligation to attend as a finalist.

LOL even the best layed time management plans can go out the window when DR is concerned.

Thanks to Matalynd and Calemon for their jousting input truely Awesome.
